#PIT2PUB - MEET THE PRESS(ES) - CRIMSON CLOAK

CRIMSON CLOAK

We accept manuscripts whether agented or not, previously published and even the novice. We do not publish libelous, erotica, hateful or racist materials. Any genre is welcome but submission does NOT guarantee publication.

We publish the Crimson Cloak Anthologies - The first one was a collection of short stories for children. It is being offered for free where possible, because we believe in everyone learning and practicing reading.  Where we could not list it for free, its proceeds will go to the World Literacy Foundation. It is called Glodwyn's Treasure Chest and you can download it from the Digital Store on this site.

We have other Anthologies in the works.  Volume 2 came out in April, and is called 'Steps in Time'. All anthologies will be offered free where available. They are a collection of short stories by various authors. The charity chosen for Steps in Time anthology was  Alzheimer's Research.

We do the anthologies as a way to get authors' names around and give a sample of their work, as well as giving back to Humanity by giving proceeds of these anthologies to Charity. We want to do what we can to Pay it Forward. We have made a Facebook page to this effect. So that others in the community can post their ideas for Paying it Forward. We call it Pink Piffing.

The Next Crimson Cloak Anthology has been announced and is open for submissions.  This one is about Rebirth/New Beginnings.  We haven't decided on a charity yet, but it's in the works.  It will be released in late Spring 2016.  Submit your story today!

Keep watching the Black Cat Blog and KRISTIN D. VAN RISSEGHEM'S BLOG for more info on the participating publishers.

The next #Pit2Pub Twitter Pitch Party is Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016!
